1. Ownership of Artwork:
   Please note that all original artwork files designed by Elite Marketing remain the property of Elite Marketing even after the digital or printed piece is released. Elite Marketing retains the right to use these files in their own digital and print marketing.

2. Additional Charges:
   Customers may be charged for any extra time spent on modifying orders. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check spelling, sizes, fonts, numbers, etc., before approving their order.

3. Responsibility for Errors:
   Elite Marketing will not take any responsibility for any mistakes or compliance issues present in an order after the customer's approval. This includes any quality issues in the files provided by our clients.

4. Colour Disclaimer:
   Elite Marketing does not guarantee that colours will appear exactly the same on a customer's computer as they do on our equipment or the finished product. We cannot guarantee that our CMYK colours will match those seen on a customer's inkjet printer, computer monitor, another printer, or any other Colour Mode specified.
